I wasn't planning on posting anything today since it's Christmas Eve, but while randomly surfing the web, I stumbled upon this video on Adweek. The message is so spot-on, I couldn't help but posting it here. The video is over a month old and to date has over 16 million views (Phew!). It portrays how women are labelled in their workplace as opposed to men.
